The room was small but suitable for one person. The hosts were friendly and welcoming.The location was in a quiet part of town.

The shower had very little hot water and needs attention. The breakfast service was rigid with limited flexibility in start times.

location of hotel was close to the beach. they had everything we wanted for our holiday, we greatly enjoyed comfort and food. a wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like the wanger cafe that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the seafront, making it easy to enjoy walks along the beach and take in the beautiful views. It's also within a reasonable distance to the main pier, which offers plenty of entertainment options. the rooms are comfortable, with clean bathrooms and helpful staff who go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. the breakfast menu offers a wide range of options, and the atmosphere in the evenings is calm and relaxing.

I did find that the gravy was used excessively and seemed to be poured over everything, which may not be to everyone's taste.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Good value for money. Close to the beach and local supermarkets. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast was disappointing- options were limited. No vegan alternatives.
